2. Service Description
Invora offers web design, development, and digital presence services. The specific scope is defined by quote or agreement.

- Landing pages and business websites
- Web redesign
- Performance optimization
- Basic or advanced SEO (depending on package)
Does Not Include (unless agreed)
- Hosting and domain services (quoted/managed case by case)
- Ad campaigns and ad management
- Professional content (copywriting, photography, video) unless hired
- Complex integrations not covered in the quote
3. Hiring Process
Hiring is considered initiated once the client accepts the quote/proposal and makes the agreed down payment (if applicable).
Recommendation
To avoid delays, it is ideal for the client to deliver content (texts, logos, images) and feedback within reasonable timeframes.
4. Prices and Payments
Prices, payment methods, and schedule are established in the quote or agreement. The project may require a down payment.
- Prices are expressed in the currency indicated in the quote.
- The down payment (if applicable) covers project initiation, planning, and resource allocation.
- Final delivery/publication may be conditional upon settlement of the remaining payment.
Invoicing, when applicable, will be done with the fiscal data provided by the client.
5. Project Scope and Changes
Each project has a defined scope. Requests outside of scope are considered extras and may imply additional cost and time.
Examples of out-of-scope changes
- New sections not contemplated
- Additional integrations (payments, CRM, automations)
- Complete redesigns after approval
- Content generation (texts, photos, video) not included
6. Delivery Times
Delivery times are estimates and depend on the project scope and client collaboration (content delivery and feedback).
Invora will not be responsible for delays caused by lack of information, constant changes, or external causes.
7. Client Obligations
The client agrees to provide truthful information, content with usage rights, and timely feedback.
The Client Guarantees
- That they have usage rights over logos, images, and texts provided
- That the content does not infringe third-party rights
- That contact and billing data are correct
The Client Collaborates With
- Timely delivery of materials
- Review and approval of progress
- Payments as agreed
8. Intellectual Property
The site and agreed deliverables will belong to the client once full payment is settled. Invora retains internal methodologies, processes, and reusable components.
Delivery
Final delivery may include files, access, or publication, as stipulated in the quote.
9. Portfolio Use
Invora may display the final project (or views thereof) as part of its portfolio, unless the client requests otherwise in writing.
If the client requires confidentiality or does not wish to appear in the portfolio, they must indicate so in writing.
10. Support and Maintenance
Included support will depend on the package or agreement. Subsequent changes or ongoing maintenance may be quoted separately.
- Invora is not responsible for changes made by third parties.
- Updates or additional improvements are quoted based on scope.
11. Cancellations and Refunds
In case of cancellation by the client, any down payment (if applicable) is non-refundable. If the project has progressed, work done up to that point may be delivered.
If Invora decides not to continue for justified reasons, a reasonable exit will be agreed upon according to project progress.
12. Limitation of Liability
Invora does not guarantee specific commercial results (sales, leads, exact rankings). Invora's liability is limited to the amount effectively paid by the client for the service.
13. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the United Mexican States. Any controversy will be resolved before the competent courts of Mexico.
14. Modifications
Invora may update these Terms at any time. The current version will be published on this site with its update date.
